Great candidates aren't always the most qualified — they're the best prepared. Use this checklist before every interview.
Before the interview
- Research the company, product, and recent news
- Re-read the job description and map your experience to each requirement
- Prepare 5–6 STAR stories (Situation, Task, Action, Result) with metrics
- Practice your 60-second "tell me about yourself"
- Prepare 3–4 thoughtful questions to ask them
