The formula

Action verb + what you did + measurable result. Example: "Automated deployment pipeline, cutting release time from 2 hours to 12 minutes."

Before and after

• Weak: "Responsible for managing social media."
• Strong: "Grew Instagram following 3x (4k → 12k) in 6 months via a weekly content plan."
